November 3, 2007 Litter November 17, 2007 At the two week mark. And the kittens are stronger every day! They do a nice job of holding up their heads now. And they still like sleeping all together in a "kitten ball". There's one "squeeper" in the bunch. I pick him up to feed or nuzzle, and he sends out the "squeep, squeep!" alarm. And Gorky is there to say, "What's going on here? Are you hurting my baby? I heard him, and you better stop it!" Gorky is eating an amazing amount of food to keep up with her metabolic needs. Still a really good Mom. At this age, Mom licks the butts clean, and I have yet to see any kitty baby poop type stuff in the birthing pen. She's quite a butt licker!
