Holly was starting to look like she was twice her normal size, but all in the middle. She's waddling like a big, fat duck. But without the quacks. And losing that ability to jump very much.

A week ago, we took her to the vet for X-Rays and ultrasound. Looks like there's five babies in there.

Finally get to day 65. The appointed hour. Kittens are coming, but it's a long an hard struggle, as Holly and Lynn are doing this alone (I was traveling). After the five kittens are born, both Holly and Lynn take a well deserved rest.

And then, in the morning light, Lynn changes the bedding in the birthing pen. But what's this? There are six babies there, not five! Looks like divine intervention to change from a handful to a half dozen. But everyone is healthy and strong, and that's the important part!
