July 19, 2008 Litter

4 weeks old. They're really kittens now! They're up, out of the birthing pen, running around the room, playing with each other, and, well, being kittens the way we thing of kittens being!
The first few pictures are actually not from this litter. The little girl is from the last litter, Nikita, and she came back from a cat show, winning three ribbons, including best kitten. And if you didn't guess already, that's not a Maine Coon that she's laying down with. That's Seren, our Chow Chow! Just very indicitive of how poorly the cats and dogs get along...
Then we have a few pictures of the kittens playing with each other. And these pictures show why we like people to consider two kittens if there isn't a young'en for the kitten to play with in the new home (and we do make you a heck of a deal on that!).
And then we decided to let the kittens pose on the cat tree, but Mom stepped in and shut us down. "Too much for now!", she said.
